With SOE Automation, you can deploy a single image of Windows 11 across multiple hardware brands and models, including HP, Dell, and Lenovo, You can also set up several systems simultaneously over a LAN network. What you receive is an optimized Windows 11 image pre-installed with essential applications, various agents, and customized system settings tailored for different geo regions, joined to AD or Azure AD

LAPs stands for Local Admin Password Management. LAPs automatically rotates the local admin password for user system every month without needing an agent. It utilizes CrowdStrike APIs or Intune scripts to deploy LAPs on end-user devices. Each system is assigned a unique password, which can retrieved through a Microsoft Teams application. The password is encrypted using 4K certificates, ensuring it remains secure both at rest and during transit. If the password accessed by an IT engineer, it is automatically changed within four hours. Additionally, you receive a hardware inventory list, system boot times, the number of shared folders, a list of admin accounts for each system, and a dashboard statistics.

Managing Office 365 licenses has always been complex, particularly when you have thousands of users, SKUs such as E1, E3, MF3, F1, E5, Project, and Visio, along with different business groups and multiple stakeholders. This automated system enables you to track procured licenses and the usage by each business group for each SKU, as well as highlight any overutilization. Additionally, a weekly HTML email is sent to each business group detailing the procured and consumed quantities with underline CSV data. The frontend of this app allows stakeholders to reserve quantities through a multi-stage approval process.
